Dear Colleagues,

It has come to our attention that several individuals have received fraudulent emails impersonating the Conference Chair and members of the Local Organizing Committee.

(Below is a sample scam email. If the image is not visible, please check the attached file.)

While these reported cases have primarily targeted the Organizing Committee, please be advised that phishing attempts may also extend to impersonating the Secretariat.

These scams often involve requests for personal information, urgent help, or unauthorized payments.

To ensure your safety, please verify the following for every communication you receive

(1) Check the Official Domain: All official emails from the Secretariat are sent only from the domain @aocc2026.org. Please be cautious of any similar-looking addresses or personal emails claiming to represent us.

(2) Do Not Click or Download: Avoid clicking on links or downloading attachments from any suspicious or unverified senders.

(3) Verify Payment Requests: The Organizing Committee and Secretariat will never ask for payments or sensitive financial details through unofficial channels.

If you receive any suspicious emails or are in doubt about the authenticity of a message, please do not hesitate to contact us at aocc_reg@aocc2026.org for verification.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

Best regards,
