Presenter Notes AI-supported interpretation will be utilized during the sessions. To help the AI system prepare for your specific medical terminology and maximize translation accuracy, we encourage you to submit your slide notes or a brief script alongside your presentation file.

  • Please visit the Preview Room at least 1 hour before your session to upload and check your presentation file and ensure that all materials function properly. A staff member will be available to assist you.
  • Please bring your PowerPoint presentation file on a USB flash drive.
  • If your presentation contains animations or video clips, you are strongly advised to review all materials and technical details with the technician in advance.

Audio-visual Equipment

  • All presenters are required to use the venue’s AV equipment. Each session room is equipped with:
    • Podium, Monitor
    • Microphone
    • Wireless presenter (laser pointer/slide advancer) and mouse
    • Presentation display system (projector and screen or LED display, depending on the room)
  • A presenter view / slide notes function will be available so that presenters may view their notes during the presentation.
  • To avoid potential compatibility issues with the venue’s AV system, presenters are kindly requested not to use personal laptops, particularly Apple/Mac computers.

AI Interpretation and Live Captions

  • AI-supported interpretation with live captions will be available during the session. Korean and English captions will be displayed on the screen, while presenters may select their preferred language on the tablet at the podium.
  • To support more accurate AI interpretation, presenters are encouraged to submit speaker notes, a brief script, or key terminology in advance, if available.

Session Guidelines

[Prior to Session]

  • Presenters are required to be present in the session room before the session starts and take a seat in the ‘Reserved Section’ (first row) for presenters at least 10 minutes before the session.

[During the Session]

  • Please strictly keep to your presentation time to respect the schedule. Session chairs are authorized to interrupt and stop presentations that go over time.
