All posters will be exhibited digitally in e-poster format.
If you are selected to exhibit a printed poster, please refer to the “Printed Poster Exhibition Guidelines” page.
No separate guided poster presentation time is scheduled.

Language : English
Authors are required to disclose any conflicts of interest (COI) in their posters.

e-Posters will be displayed on a 50-inch monitor in the poster zone, in a portrait 9:16 aspect ratio.

The poster should be organized in a standard academic format and include the following contents:
- Header: Project title, author(s)' name(s), affiliation(s), and country.
- Main Body: We recommend structuring the content with standard sections such as Background/Aims, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
- Visual Elements: Enhance readability by incorporating clear figures, tables, graphs, or illustrations to support your key findings.
- Additional Information: Include References and Contacts.

Language and Format	e-Posters should be prepared in English and must be submitted as a single-page PDF file. The slide must use a 9:16 (portrait, 1080 × 1920) aspect ratio and using the official template is strongly recommended. It is mandatory to complete the “Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form” located at the bottom of the template provided.
File Naming Format	Save your file using the following format : e-Poster: Presentation Code_Your Full Name e.g. P-0001_Jane Kim
